Attachments Warehouse

The Attachments Warehouse/Reporting of Actions option in iSite+ Utilities allows for the review of supporting documentation requested by a state as part of the licensing process. Files are retained in the Attachments Warehouse for a period of five years.

To access the Attachments Warehouse:

  1. After logging into iSite+, click the Tools tab and select Utilities.
  2. To access the Attachments Warehouse/Reporting of Actions, click the Attachments Warehouse/Reporting of Actions link in the PDB Utilities section
  3. Select the following criteria:
  • Notification Type
  • Producer Type
  • Search By
  • Search Period
  1. The Search Criteria section will then list criteria fields based upon the Producer Type and Search By criteria selected.
  2. Enter data into the Search Criteria field(s) and click the Search button.
  3. From the Search Results listing click on the Select button to bring up information on the Individual or Firm selected.
  4. A screen will be displayed listing the Search Criteria, Producer Contact Details, and contents of the Attachment Warehouse for the Individual or Firm selected.
  5. To access information on a document, click the contents in the Link to Document column.
  6. Information on the document will be displayed. To view the document, click the value in the Link to Document field.
