| State Offerings provides a method for each state to view
its license classes, lines of authority, assignments, and status for the Producer
Information Network. State Offerings information is updated to the database prior to the
input of any specific data for an individual or firm. Once the initial State Offering
information has been contributed to the database, modifications need to be made only when
a state changes licensing, such as adding new lines of authority. Each state should
contact its PDB Business Analyst to request changes to its information available through
State Offerings. See the "View Instructions" section located within the State
Offerings application for more information. To view
State Offerings:
- Click the Utilities link under the Tools
tab.
- To access State Offerings, click the State Offerings link in
the PDB Utilities section on the left side of the table near the bottom of the page. The
State Offerings page will display.
- Select the state from the drop down list on the left frame
of the page.
- Select the type of information to view from the list on the
left frame. The default selection is Classes. The classes for the selected state will
appear in the top right frame once the state has been selected from the drop down list.
You can also view Authorities, Assignments, Statuses and Reasons.
- To view definitions for classes, authorities, assignments,
statuses or reasons for the state specified, click the View Definitions link from the left
frame of the page.
- To view the cumulative list of the lines of authority for
all states, click the View Cumulative List link from the left frame of the page. To return
to the State Offerings page, click the close button ("X") in the top right
corner of the page.
- To continue searching in I-SITE, click the Back button on
the browser and select the appropriate link from the top of the utilities page.
