This report is a tool for regulators to identify companies with a high level of waiver or extension activity in states other than their own. The report contains the following columns of information: State Every state with a waiver or extension request from this company is displayed in this column. The state abbreviation is a link to the MCAS Filing Status Report (see iSite+ Help for details about report). LOB The line of business associated with an extension or waiver request is displayed. If requests exist for multiple lines of business each request is shown on a separate line. Waiver If a waiver is requested this column contains one of the statuses described below. If the request is for an extension this column is left blank.
Extension If an extension is requested this column contains one of the statuses described below. If the request is for a waiver this column is left blank.
Extend Dt- (Date) If the extension status is pending this column contains the company’s requested extension date. If the extension status is approved this column contains the state’s approved extension date. For waiver requests this column is left blank. Request This column provides a link to the actual Waiver or Extension Request submitted by a company. Regulators from any participating MCAS state may view any waiver or extension request for any other state through this link. However, only a state-authorized regulator may approve, deny, or comment on those requests associated with their specific state. Each column on the report is sortable by selecting an option from the arrow to the right of the column heading. |
