MIS Metrics

The MIS Metrics is an all inclusive reporting application that provides complaints and regulatory action statistics, state specific information & URTT compliancy information. The statistics are compiled based on four concepts Frequency, Currency, Completeness & Accuracy. Metrics enhance analysis of states' data to ensure quality data.

To access the MIS Metrics report:

1. Click the Utilities link under the Tools tab.
2. To access the MIS Metrics report, click the MIS Metrics link under the Market/State Participation Reports.
3. Select One of the following reports to run:

• CDS Market Data Statistics Report
• RIRS Market Data Statistics Report
• State Specific Report

5. The Report Creation Criteria page displays.  Select the state from the drop down list and select a data span and click the Submit button.
6. To print and/or save the report data, select the appropriate options from your browser's File menu.
7. To download the report select CSV or XML from the drop down list and then click the download button.
8. To return to iSite+, click the close link in the report.
9. To navigate to other areas of I-SITE, use the links at the top of the MIS Metrics Home page and MIS Metrics Criteria page.
