Title Summary Report

Title Summary Report

The Title Summary Report provides a summary of key data on the title state page by company.  This information includes Title Direct Premiums Written, Direct Operations, Non-Affiliated Operations, Affiliated Operations and Market Share.

 

  1. Select the Summary Reports Link located under the Tools tab.
  1. Select Title Summary report under the Financial Analysis/Examination area of the page.

  2. The  Report Search Criteria will be displayed.  On the page, select from the following criteria:

    Data Year:

    State:

CodeList Basis:  
    Licensed
    Business Written
    Domiciled
    Unlicensed
    Surplus Lines
  
Round to Thousand:
 
Include Zero Companies:

Summarize by Group Code:

Select Primary Sort by:  
    NAIC Code
    Name
    State of Domicile
    Group Code
    Direct Premiums Written
    %Direct Operations
    %Direct Non-Affiliated Agency Operations
    %Direct Affiliated Agency Operations
    Market Share

Select Secondary Sort by:  
    NAIC Code
    Name
    State of Domicile
    Group Code
    Direct Premiums Written
    %Direct Operations
    %Direct Non-Affiliated Agency Operations
    %Direct Affiliated Agency Operations
    Market Share

Select Report Format:  
   HTML
   MS Excel

  1. Click on the Submit button

  2. The report contains the following fields:
       Title Direct Premiums Written
       Direct Operations
       Active Status
       Non-Affiliated Operations
       Affiliated Operations
       Market Share

  3. To save the report, select the appropriate option from the File menu.

     

  4. To return to the Summary reports page close your browser window.

     

  5. To perform another search or navigate to a different application within iSite+, select the appropriate link at the top of the Summary Reports page.
