System Usage Report

The System Usage report displays totals of iSite+ application usage by user, based on a specified state. The totals provide a breakdown of usage for a date range by application, user id, as well as totals for all users for a given state. Similarly, report for all states can also be generated applying the search criteria available.

 

Other usage reports available, are:

  • Consumer Information Source (CIS)
  • On-line Fraud Reporting System Usage (OFRS)
  • Form F Special Usage Report

 

Instructions to create a Report

1.  Click the Utilities link located under the Tools tab.

2.  Click System Usage located in the General/Financial section.

3.  Enter a date range in the format (mm/dd/yyyy).

4.  Select an individual state or select All to view usage for all states.

5.  Select a single application or multiple applications using the Ctrl or Shift keys, or  "All." 

6.  Click Submit to view usage report.

 

Saving the Report

1.  To save the report either in HTML or plain text format, select the "Save as" option from your browser's File menu 

2.  Type in a filename

3.  Select the format listed under "Save as Type."

4.  Select the "Save in" location on your PC.

5.  Click Save.

 

Print the Report

1.  To print the report, choose the "Print" option from your browser's File menu.

2.  Choose your printer.

3.  Select number of copies you wish to print

4.  Click Print.


To return to the State Usage Criteria page, close the tab.

Create other reports by following the steps mentioned under " Instructions to create a report," "Saving the Report," and Print the Report."
