The
Z Remedy reports provide regulators with information about
companies that have acquired securities with Z designations for
at least 120 days prior to the most recent year-end. Per the
Policies and Procedures Manual, a security reported with a Z
designation in the financial statement filing by the company
must be submitted to the NAIC’s Capital Markets and Investment
Analysis office within 120 days of acquisition. The Z Remedy
Reports exclude all Residential Mortgage Backed Securities
(RMBS), Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and
Loan-Backed and Structured Securities (LBaSS)
reported with a Z suffix by insurers.
There are two reports available. Either report is produced
as a PDF. The Detailed Report lists companies along with their
securities that have a designation with a Z suffix acquired
at
least 120 days prior to the most recent year-end.
The Summary Report lists all the companies for the specified
state that have securities with a Z suffix designation acquired
at
least 120 days prior to the most recent year-end.
The Summary Report displays the sum value of all the company's
securities.
Z Remedy reports are available from the Summary Reports page.
